<p>Today lithuanian celebrated every March 11th that Lithuania became a modern, creative Northern European country – an active and responsible member of NATO and the European Union. However, over the centuries, Lithuania has suffered a lot of oppression and has constantly fought for survival. The creation of the state was difficult and unstable.</p>
